I have never provided an online review, however, after dining at The Copperfield Inn last evening, I felt compelled to share that we had an absolutely wonderful experience. On Mother's day weekend we were celebrating my daughter's college graduation out of town. This weekend was my Mother's day celebration. Our server was the most polite, kind, patient, happy to serve your person I have ever encountered in a restaurant, Thank you so much Karen! Our food, delicious and Karen catered to our every whim. Sat outside, table ready for us when we arrived. Were accommodating allowing us to change if it was too hot. Cafe of ice water on table and refilled immediately! My father-in-law raved about how I can pick them, he commented on such a great menu! It is one of the reasons I chose to try it. Something for everyone in my family. Everyone ordered something different and nothing disappointed! Patio perfect temp, perfect music, perfect food and perfect service. Thank you, we will be back!
We had our son's wedding there 5/2/26. Exceptional service and excellent food. It was perfect!
My wife and I were very impressed by the professionalism and class Sharon, Trevis, and the rest of the Copperfield Inn staff brought throughout our wedding planning process, food tasting, rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. The food, drinks, service, and ballroom were amazing and Trevis did an excellent job to make sure all our guests, wedding party, and especially my wife had a memorable night. Our family and friends are still talking about how amazing our wedding was months after the event. My wife and I highly recommend using Copperfield Inn at Lakeside for your next event.
We held my daughter’s bridal shower, “She Got Scooped Up!” At Copperfield on April 27, 2024. From the first contact to the end of the shower was a positive experience. Every email was promptly answered by Sharon Markley, and every “Can we…?” and “Do you have …?” was enthusiastically answered. The food was delicious, the room and the beautiful lobby was inviting. Guests went out of their way to compliment the servers and their attentiveness. Sharon frequently checked with me during the shower if I needed anything. Overall seamless and positive experience.
We had my mom's Celebration of Life Luncheon at the Copperfield Inn on January 14. The private room was perfect for our guests to talk, sing songs, laugh, and cry! The food was tasty and Sharon was very easy to work with. Our server Amanda was very attentive and spoiled us the whole afternoon. Prices were reasonable as well!
On behalf of the PHS Class of 63 we want to thank you for an excellent reunion on Saturday evening. Everything from your assistance in planning, the menu, the presentation of the food, the wonderful staff who served us and your assistance with audio was exceptional. Everyone commented on how well everything went. We highly recommend Copperfield Inn and Restaurant as a venue for banquet and special events.
Sharon, My whole family commented on how kind and accomodating your staff was during my mom's celebration of life luncheon. Every staff member was friendly and hospitable. The food was delicious and more than enough! The price was affordable. The cheesecake was delightful and the fact that it was my mom's favorite dessert was devine! Thank you and your staff for such a pleasant luncheon during a difficult time.
I am from Georgia. Went there on October 14, 2023 for a class reunion with my dad. Service was excellent. The people working there were very friendly and helpful the whole time during my visit. You can not go wrong by choosing this place for your next venue! Thanks for the wonderful and friendly service!
